Typical deal size ranges between $1‐10 million.

Investor Relations

Seagel will continue working with companies looking to gain greater investor awareness by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for newly listed or existing public entities. This will often include developing targeted marketing presentations, press release assistance, road shows, presenting to analysts for potential coverage, and introduction to specific financiers who are interested in the client’s industry. Marketing engagements are done on a monthly basis and range in cost depending on the complexity of the package. Typically engagements will be for three months.
